I really regret my username now. It makes me sound like a flake.
{Currently working full-time in Japan. Trying to absorb rolling green mountains, golden waves of rice, black and white birds and huge brown cranes, and the sights of cities, resigned to their fate, giving in to the natural world, sad and brown and sagging in the late afternoon light. Concrete and sidewalks that roll and crack as if the earth beneath them is fighting back. Japan is a wild, wild place. The crows on this island sound like death.}
